AlgoChief provides TradingView-based algorithmic trading scripts and strategies for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Risk Disclaimer

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using our tools.

4. Access & Usage

• Access is granted on a per-plan basis as selected at time of purchase.
• You may not share, resell, or distribute your access credentials.
• AlgoChief reserves the right to revoke access for misuse or violation of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All scripts, strategies, and content on this platform are the intellectual property of AlgoChief. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Name and email address at time of payment.
• Payment information (processed securely via Razorpay — we do not store card details).
• Usage data such as access logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To grant and manage access to purchased plans.
• To send important service updates or notifications.
• To improve our platform and offerings.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. Data may be shared with payment processors (Razorpay) solely for transaction purposes.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are generally final. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds will only be considered if the TradingView script access was not granted or was non-functional due to our error.
• No refund will be issued for dissatisfaction with strategy performance or market results.

3. How to Request

Contact us at algovisionx@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for refund. We will respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.

Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

For the Starter (1 Month) subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

2. How to Cancel

• Log into your Razorpay payment dashboard and cancel the active subscription.
• Alternatively, email us at algovisionx@gmail.com with your subscription ID.

3. Effect of Cancellation

• Cancellation will stop future billing immediately.
• Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused days in the current period.

4. One-Time Plans

For all one-time payment plans (Momentum, Elite, Pro Trader, Legend), there is no recurring charge and hence no cancellation is required.
